Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PCB & Semiconductor Technician to support the manufacturing, assembly, testing, and maintenance of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and semiconductor-related equipment and products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electronic components, production equipment, quality inspection, and troubleshooting while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, inspect, test, and troubleshoot PCB assemblies and semiconductor products according to work instructions and engineering specifications.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment such as SMT, AOI, SPI, reflow ovens, wire bonders, die bonders, or related production equipment.
• Conduct functional testing, electrical testing, and visual inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
• Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with engineering and quality teams.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and quality personnel to resolve production issues and improve manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of PCB/Semiconductor assembly processes, SMT, through-hole technology, and electronic component identification.
• Experience doing machine installation and using testing and measuring equipment and inspection tools.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and technical documentation.
