About Rent N Drive

Rent N Drive is a growing car rental company committed to providing reliable vehicles and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service & Sales Executive to join our team and help deliver a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other online platforms.
• Manage vehicle booking enquiries and convert enquiries into confirmed reservations.
• Coordinate vehicle pick-ups, returns, and customer appointments.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, rental agreements, and related documents.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the company database.
• Process customer payments and perform general administrative duties.
• Promote the company's rental services and special promotions.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or sales is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and comfortable using WhatsApp and basic computer systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Salary & Benefits

• RM2,000 – RM2,500 per month

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Sunday & Public Holidays: Off
