Full Time District Manager Jobs, salary up to MYR 10,000 in Acetalent Bintulu - Ricebowl

Location: Bintulu / East Malaysia

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
• At least 2–3 years of experience managing multiple retail stores.
• Experience as a District Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, Multi-Store Manager, or Senior Store Manager is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and analytical skills.
• Willing to travel frequently within East Malaysia.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin or local dialect is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall performance and operations of multiple retail stores.
• Drive district sales KPIs including Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, and Conversion Rate.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers to achieve business goals.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, visual merchandising standards, audit requirements, and operational policies.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, shrinkage control, and store productivity.
• Analyse sales reports and market trends to improve business performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and talent development.
• Handle escalated operational and customer issues.
• Act as the communication bridge between Head Office and retail stores.
