Roles &Responsibilities

Responsibilities

-Supervise, coordinate and check quality of M&Eworks (mechanical services, air-conditioningand ventilation systems, plumbing and electrical works) on site

-Manage, monitor and lead work of subcontractors and in-houseworkers

-Ensure all installations and implementation works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications
Resource Allocation: Track material deliveries, manage equipment usage, and plan daily or weekly manpower deployment.

prepare work completion report for progress claim.

Associate with main contractor

General Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Nitec or relevant trade certifications are often accepted for highly experienced foreman candidates.

• Experience: Typically 3 to 5 years of relevant on-site experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

• Certifications: Often requires safety certifications such as the Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS).

• Skills: Proficient in reading M&E drawings, managing subcontractors, and working knowledge of Singapore compliance codes.
