Overview

Customer Engagement Assistant responsible for the smooth daily operations of the Customer Engagement Department, in the successful implementation of all Customer Engagement campaigns and projects of the Company, as well as compliance of all Standard Operating Procedures. Customer Engagement Assistant also handle phone, internet, and face to face interactions with customers. They network with all groups and departments involved in customer orders, processing, and support.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth Customer Service function in accordance with policies and guidelines adopted.
• Carry out daily operations smoothly and diligently.
• Pre-defect Inspection (PDI) units after obtain CPC.
• Check on Main-contractor work done, defect and quality.
• Monitor work progress and quality controls are complied with the procedures.
• Ensure the unit is cleaned and ready for Vacant Possession.
• Respond to and resolve defects or complaints raised by customers within the time frames set up, with the assistance of HODs concerned.
• Report immediately to HOD on matters arising, whenever necessary. Always keep HOD informed.
• Providing help and advice to customers using your organization’s products or services.
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face to face.
• Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems.
• Handling customer complaints such as defects or general complaints.
• Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
• Updating & uploading customer defect form daily.
• Producing written information for customers, often involving use of computer packages/software.
• Key and preparation for the monthly defect and complaints report in Summary Defects Report daily.
• Accompany house owner during the handover of keys (VP) for inspection and defects.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the head or superior or management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Possess certificate in technical from recognize higher learning institutions
• Possess Hands-on on repairing / maintenance
• Willing to work in Residensi Lagenda Tropika Tapah

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
