Career Opportunity: Trainee - Civil Engineering

We are seeking enthusiastic recent graduates to join our intensive 9-month training program, focusing on the management and execution of slope projects. Successful candidates will gain comprehensive exposure to project management, stakeholder coordination, and on-site quality control.

Mandatory Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Academic Standing: A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.00 and above.
• Age Limit: Must be 27 years old and below.
• Attributes: Energetic, self-motivated, and a strong team player.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Assisting in the management of slope-related projects.
• Working under the guidance of a Senior Engineer / Coordinator for assigned projects.
• Proactively liaise and coordinate with consultants, technical agencies, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee site progress and ensure quality compliance strictly according to approved design and specifications.
• Coordinate site works effectively with client's representatives, construction coordinators, and subcontracts.

Training Program Structure (9 Months)

The successful candidate will undergo a structured training program comprising:

• Soft Skill Training: Duration of one (1) week with our trainer.
• On-Job Training: Duration of eight (8) months and three (3) weeks.
