Job Summary

Oversee construction site operations, coordinate manpower, manage documentation, and ensure smooth workflow in a shift-based, six-day workweek environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and arrange manpower effectively to meet construction project demands
• Manage and process paperwork including invoices, purchase orders (PO), and quotations to support project administration
• Supervise and be present at construction sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project plans
• Communicate clearly in English to facilitate coordination and reporting

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 or 4 Driving License to support site mobility and transportation needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in additional languages to enhance communication with diverse teams and stakeholders
