Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Malaysian citizen.
• Diploma, Degree, Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is required, though fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles, full set accounts, and regulatory compliance.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• High attention to detail and an organized approach to daily tasks.

In this role, you will be handling full set accounts and maintaining compliance, allowing us to make sound business decisions based on accurate data. Responsibilities

Daily Financial Operations

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to help us maintain a healthy and accurate cash flow.
• Process monthly claim payment requisitions efficiently, allowing our team members to receive their reimbursements on time.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations so that we can together ensure all financial records are perfectly aligned.

Reporting & Compliance

• Handle full set management accounts and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, allowing the management team to have a clear picture of our financial health.
• Maintain the fixed assets list and calculate depreciation accurately to help us safeguard company resources.
• Assist with other related general accounting tasks and ad-hoc assignments as needed, contributing to the overall success of the finance department.
