Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year supervisory experience.
• Experience inF&B, retail, hospitality, or customer service background is an added advantage.
• Able to lead outlet staff and support daily store operations.
• Willing to work on shift arrangement, including weekends and public holidays where required.

Job Scope Summary:

The Store Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the outlet’s daily operations, supervising crew members, monitoring service standards, coordinating shift arrangements, assisting with opening and closing duties, handling basic reporting, and ensuring that outlet SOPs are followed.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Supervising daily outlet operations.
• Managing and guiding store crew during shifts.
• Monitoring attendance, punctuality, and staff performance.
• Supporting customer service and service recovery.
• Assisting with stock control, cash handling, and outlet reporting.
• Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards are maintained.
• Reporting operational issues, staff issues, or customer concerns to management.

Monthly Allowance: RM150

Final offer will be subject to candidate experience, interview assessment, and suitability.
