Requirements:

• STPM qualification; or
• Eighteen (18) years old and above.
• Candidates with or without experience are welcome.
• F&B, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on shift arrangement, including weekends and public holidays where required.
• Able to follow outlet SOPs, hygiene standards, and customer service requirements.

Job Scope Summary:

Store Crew will support the outlet’s daily operations based on assigned role, including food and beverage preparation, customer service, cashiering, cleaning, kitchen support, serving customers, and maintaining outlet cleanliness and service standards.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Preparing drinks, food items, or ingredients according to SOP.
• Serving customers and handling customer enquiries.
• Operating cashier / POS system where assigned.
• Maintaining cleanliness of dining area, kitchen area, equipment, and workstations.
• Supporting kitchen preparation and basic cooking tasks where assigned.
• Ensuring proper hygiene, food safety, and outlet cleanliness.
• Following supervisor instructions and shift arrangement.
• Supporting overall outlet operations as required.

Monthly Allowance: RM150

Salary placement may depend on candidate suitability, assigned function, and operational requirement.
