Suneast Pte Ltd is a specialist in wireless communication products, advanced enterprise network architectures, and critical RF infrastructure. We deliver robust distributed antenna systems (DAS) for UHF bands, telecommunication terminals, and professional Push-to-Talk (PTT) software platforms. 

To support our expanding project pipeline across key infrastructure deployments, we are looking for a highly driven individual to join us as an Assistant Project Engineer. 

This position is heavily supported under the Workforce Singapore (WSG) Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for Built Environment Professionals. It is an exceptional gateway for an organized, process-driven professional from an outside industry to build a long-term technical career in telecommunications and enterprise network deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in daily site coordination, monitoring installation schedules, and tracking deployment timelines for wireless systems and UHF distributed antenna networks.

• Coordinate daily workflows, material deliveries, and technical updates with subcontractors, client representatives, and internal technical teams.

• Manage project documentation, track progress claims, and maintain records for compliance and contract administration.

• Assist in conducting routine site walkthroughs to ensure compliance with quality standards and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols.

• Facilitate communication between site teams and system middleware administrators during testing and commissioning phases.

CCP Eligibility Prerequisites (Mandatory Ground Rules):

To qualify for this career pivot grant via WSG, applicants must strictly meet the following criteria:

• Must be a Singapore Citizen (SC) or Permanent Resident (PR).

• Aged 21 and above.

• Must have graduated from full-time studies or completed National Service (whichever is later) at least 2 years prior to application.

• Career Switcher: Must NOT have been previously or recently employed in an engineering, project management, or site supervisory capacity within the Built Environment, Construction, or Telecom Infrastructure sector within the last 2 years.

• Commitment: Fully willing to participate in mandatory structured external training modules during the first 6 months of employment.

Desired Experience & Transferable Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in any field (we highly welcome non-engineering backgrounds with strong operational or corporate backgrounds).

• Previous experience in operations, technical sales, logistics coordination, procurement, or corporate project tracking is highly advantageous.

• Highly organized with a strong eye for detail, process logic, and documentation.

• Resilient, clear, and confident communicator capable of managing multiple vendor stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in standard productivity tools (MS Office, Excel).
