We have been engaged by an international construction operator to identify a proven Digital Construction and Strategy expert to drive digital initiatives across a portfolio of projects, with the opportunity to further shape and influence strategic direction over time. As the business continues to scale, our client is investing in additional expertise to strengthen its digital capabilities at a critical stage of growth.

Working closely with project teams and leadership, the core of your role will be to ensure the consistent delivery, quality, and integration of digital construction practices across multiple projects in line with established standards and strategic objectives. Collaborating with a high calibre team of digital construction professionals (internal and external), you will play a key role in embedding best practice, improving workflows, and enhancing overall project performance through effective digital strategy implementation.

To be considered for this position, please share a CV that demonstrates the following:

• A minimum of 7 years in a digital construction management or strategy role
• A tertiary qualification in engineering or a related field
• Experience supporting multiple live projects, driving progress through clear communication and collaboration across stakeholders
• Delivery of best practice methodologies and training teams on digital construction processes
