• To input all data to system
• Compile all report, record and information for weekly & monthly Progress report and distribution of the report all relevant parties
• To liase with HQ regarding claim, Submission Petty Cash, Utilities Bill, form & etc
• Ensure all procedure of documenting, filing, reporting etc all are according to procedure and requirements.
• To received and record all material approval and maintain of sample submitted
• To control any related document, letter, drawing
• To update any changes such as drawing, letter etc
• To maintain all site material order and record orders
• Order stationeries & pantry item
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
