Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations, including receiving and welcoming visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming telephone calls promptly and accurately, assess inquiries and direct or relay messages to the relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate records of staff whereabouts and ensure proper visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure the reception counter is staffed at all times during working hours.
- Manage postage and courier services, including weighing, sorting, coding, addressing and preparing outgoing mail, certified, overnight and return-receipt items accurately.
- Coordinate building access and support general administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure common areas are adequately stocked with office supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and main lobby at all times, including light housekeeping when necessary.
- Uphold strict confidentiality of all company, financial and personnel-related information.
- Provide clerical support such as typing, filing, proofreading and data entry as assigned.
- Demonstrate punctuality and maintain good attendance consistently.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or Management
Requirements:
- 0 - 2 years of working experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative role.
- Experience in a corporate office, property, construction, or group HQ environment is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with telephone systems, visitor management and basic office administration is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
