Human Resources Duties
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee timesheets.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
Administrative Duties
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
- Coordinate office maintenance and vendor relationships.
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Monitor office facilities and ensure a safe, organized work environment.
- Support management with administrative reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with external service providers and government agencies when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR and administration roles.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRMS software is an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
