We're Hiring: PMO Analyst

Location: Kuala Lumpur / Bangi

Are you an organized and detail-oriented PMO professional with experience supporting IT projects? We're looking for a PMO Analyst to join a leading organization in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project status updates, reporting, and documentation.
• Support project meetings, including scheduling, meeting minutes, and action item tracking.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, budgets, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and governance documentation.
• Work closely with IT and Business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support overall PMO administration and project coordination activities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of PMO experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Experience supporting project coordination, reporting, documentation, and governance activities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must have attended Project Management training.
• Familiarity with banking systems/applications is an advantage.
• CAPM certification is an added advantage (not mandatory).
• Able to join immediately or within 1 month's notice.
