• Assist in monitoring and improving production processes for plastic injection moulding operations.
• Support troubleshooting activities related to machine, mould, and process issues.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Assist in process setup, parameter optimization, and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare engineering reports, production records, and technical documentation.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for production-related issues.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), mould trials, and process validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety requirements, and manufacturing procedures.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in plastic injection moulding manufacturing will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of injection moulding processes, mould maintenance, and manufacturing operations is preferred.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
