Job Overview:
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily billing operations, liaise with internal and external parties, and support general financial administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify daily billing and perform accurate data entry.
• Follow up on billing inquiries with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in general financial and administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of financial documents.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Positive work attitude and a commitment to teamwork and efficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data management and formulas) and Word.
• Basic computer literacy for general office tasks.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with relevant working experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles will have an added advantage.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
