We are looking for an experienced IAM Specialist to support Malaysia Aviation Group’s Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance (IGA) platforms. The role will be responsible for managing user access, supporting CyberArk and SailPoint solutions, ensuring secure access controls, maintaining compliance, and providing BAU support across enterprise systems. The IAM Specialist will work closely with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Application, and Business teams to ensure effective access management, security governance, and operational stability.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance (IGA).
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM administration and support.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow or similar IAM solutions.
• Strong understanding of:
• User lifecycle management (onboarding, provisioning, de-provisioning)
• Access reviews and certification
• RBAC, ABAC, and Least Privilege Access
• SSO, SAML, LDAP, and authentication processes
• Experience in IAM application onboarding, access management, troubleshooting, and BAU support.
• Experience supporting security audits, compliance reviews, and access governance activities.
• Knowledge of vulnerability remediation, patching, and IAM platform monitoring.
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
