Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage ECO/ ERO approvals to ensure timely implementation of engineering changes.
Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) testing and prepare full FAIR documentation for new products.
Assist with product certification processes, including in-progress applications.
Perform internal R&D testing (mechanical & electronic) and prepare comprehensive test reports.
Set up and install products for testing, including physical setup and functional validation.
Deliver product and standards training/ updates for new hires and the sales team.
Conduct load testing; lift and carry heavy items/ equipment as required.
Manage R&D lab equipment; ensure regular calibration and maintenance in line with ISO standards.

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in consumer products, construction, manufacturing, or built-environment industry.
Familiarity with BCA/ PUB requirements, WELS and Safety Mark compliance, ISO standards, and lab equipment calibration.
