JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, operating systems, business applications, and IT peripherals.
Perform software updates, patching, troubleshooting, and remote support for regional offices.
Manage user accounts and access rights for Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, ERP systems, and PCs.
Handle password resets, access requests, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
Assist in maintaining Active Directory, servers, and IT infrastructure.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot network and application issues, and support system deployments and upgrades.
Provide user support for SAP and other business applications.
Support IT security, system updates, user access control, and compliance with company policies.
Assist with IT projects, system migrations, and regional support.
Support CCTV systems, maintain IT documentation, prepare reports, and perform other duties assigned by the IT Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, infrastructure, or system administration.
Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, operating systems, enterprise applications, and remote support tools.
