Position : Materials Management Data Deployment Lead

Industry : Oil & Gas (Shared Service)

Location: The Horizon, Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type : 12 months contract with PERSOL

Working hours: UK/US timezone – 7AM US timezone

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (60/40)

Salary: RM10,000 – RM12,500 (based on experience & qualifications)

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead Materials Management data migration activities for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA deployment projects
• Drive data cleansing, transformation, validation, governance, and migration readiness activities
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data quality and successful deployment outcomes
• Manage project risks, dependencies, schedules, and multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Provide expert guidance on Materials Management, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain data-related matters
• Influence stakeholders and support decision-making throughout the deployment lifecycle

SAP Materials Management (MM)

• Inventory Management (IM)
• Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

Additional Procurement/Supply Chain Exposure (Preferred)

• Source-to-Contract (S2C)
• Order-to-Receipt (O2R)
• Invoice-to-Pay (I2P)

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of SAP Data Migration experience
• Proven track record supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA deployment initiatives
• Strong experience leading SAP data migration projects within the MM, Procurement, or Supply Chain domain
• Hands-on expertise in data cleansing, transformation, validation, and migration activities
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end Materials Management and Supply Chain data flows
• Experience managing multiple projects and working within complex, cross-functional environments
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Skilled in risk management, governance, planning, and scheduling
• Ability to support UK or US working hours
