leWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major greenfield data center development in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan. This role will be embedded within a renowned American Project Management Consultancy (PMC), acting as the client's representative to oversee project delivery from planning through commissioning and handove

Key Responsibilit

• iesManage the end-to-end project lifecycle from design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning through to final handov
• er.Represent the client and ensure project objectives are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standar
• ds.Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary stakeholders including consultants, contractors, vendors, and client tea
• ms.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project executi
• on.Review design deliverables and provide constructability and technical input across CSA and MEP disciplin
• es.Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate project status to senior stakeholde
• rs.Oversee contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, and safety requiremen

• entsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipl
• ine.Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception through complet
• ion.Strong working knowledge of both CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) syst
• ems.Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and hando
• ver.Experience working with developers, consultants, EPC contractors, PMCs, or client-side project management te
• ams.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership ski
