Responsibility

Assist project team to provide quantity surveying services for cost monitoring/control, tendering, procurement and contract administration in compliance with internal policies and procedures;

Prepare draft bidding documents for procurement of consultancies;

Conduct pre contract cost control particularly on preparation/technical checking of cost estimates, cost plans and cost analysis;

Monitor tender exercise and vet tender documents and tender reports for compliance with internalpolicies and procedures;

Monitor post contract administration including checking of payment valuation and cost estimates of variation works;

Conduct vetting of final accounts;

Assemble, collate and administer project cost data and assist preparation of annual budget.

Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;

15 years related experience in quantity surveying, preferably with local experience in large scale residential projects in QS consultancy or property developer;

Professional qualification of MHKIS (QS) is a must;

Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua;

Less experiences will be considered as Contract Manager.
