Responsibilities

Provide daily sales administration support, including order processing and purchase order coordination.

Handle customer enquiries and deliver excellent customer service.

Verify sales invoices and related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Prepare, maintain, and analyze sales reports while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Coordinate with internal teams on order fulfillment and daily operational activities.

Maintain proper filing systems, inventory records, and perform regular stocktaking.

Conduct regular store visits to support operations and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements

Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, sales administration, or a related field.

Independent, self-motivated, and a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Detail-oriented, numerically sensitive, and able to handle data accurately.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
