岗位职责

Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and coordinate site works and all construction activities.
  2. Monitor work progress and subcontractors to ensure works are completed according to the project schedule, specifications, and quality requirements.
  3. Prepare technical documentation, including Shop Drawings, P&IDs, RFIs, method statements, and other project submissions.
  4. Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities regarding project matters.
  5. Maintain good discipline, productivity, and morale among site personnel.
  6. Ensure all site safety and health requirements are implemented and complied with at all times.
  7. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  8. Prepare work progress reports, site records, and other project-related documentation.
  9. Assist in quantity take-off and material quantity verification.
  10. Assist in the testing and commissioning of HVAC systems.
  11. Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.


Requirements:
  1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the construction industry. Experience in HVAC or M&E projects will be an added advantage.
  3. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  4. Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Penang are preferred.
  5. Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
  6. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of Navisworks is an added advantage.
  7. Possess own transportation and accommodation.
  8. This is a contract-based position located in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
