Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR administration. This full-time, on-site role in Sunway PJS7 involves supporting employee relations, handling queries, and promoting a positive, inclusive work environment. The Human Resources Executive will help implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and company standards. The role also includes coordinating performance management processes, supporting talent acquisition activities, and assisting in learning and development initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate closely with management and team members to strengthen HR practices and support organizational growth.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in coordinating core HR functions.
  • Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies, including maintaining records, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance.
  • Candidates should possess experience in Employee Relations, with the ability to address concerns, support engagement, and foster a respectful workplace.
  • Candidates should possess effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Prior experience in an HR Executive or similar HR role, ideally within a fast-paced or service-oriented environment, is beneficial.
  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices, and proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software, will be beneficial.
