Role Description The Owner role at TheOneStitches is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Owner will oversee day-to-day operations, including production planning, inventory management, quality control, and coordination with scrunchie makers and suppliers. This role involves managing brand strategy, pricing, and sales channels, as well as building partnerships with retailers and online platforms. The Owner is responsible for maintaining sustainable and ethical sourcing practices, monitoring costs, and ensuring the business meets environmental and quality standards. Daily responsibilities also include supervising a small team, handling customer feedback, and driving marketing initiatives to grow the brand.
Qualifications

• Strong business management and operations skills, including planning, budgeting, and process improvement.
• Experience with product development, quality control, and supply chain coordination, ideally in apparel or accessories.
• Knowledge of sustainable materials, ethical sourcing practices, and environmentally responsible manufacturing.
• Proficiency in sales, basic digital marketing, and customer relationship management to support brand growth.
• Ability to lead and mentor a small team, with effective communication and decision-making skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving ability, and readiness to work hands-on in an on-site setting.
• Previous experience running or managing a small business or fashion/accessories venture is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, Sustainability, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
