Job Summary

Assistant Site Managers supervise janitorial operations within a building, leading cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. They coordinate tasks, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement in cleaning services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise janitorial teams to ensure cleaning tasks are completed effectively and meet facility standards
• Inspect facilities regularly to verify cleanliness and compliance with health and safety procedures
• Assign daily cleaning tasks to staff to optimize operational efficiency and coverage
• Investigate and resolve client complaints promptly to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
• Manage procurement by ordering cleaning supplies and materials to sustain uninterrupted operations
• Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and productivity
• Train cleaning employees on operational procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards to enhance team performance
• Research and evaluate new cleaning equipment and technologies to recommend improvements that enhance service delivery
