Working Location: Bedok

Job Description:

• Responsible for handling exports / shipping operations to global markets.

• Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with respective factories / customers / service providers.

• Prepare shipping documents and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.

• Arrange GST supporting documents and submit to accounting department.

• Verify service provider bills.

• Strive to meet monthly KPI targets.

• Support Manager/Team Leader in PowerPoint preparation.

• Job coverage during colleagues’ absence (buddy system).

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  

 Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics or related discipline

• Minimum 3 to 5 years in logistics and/or shipping industry.

• Experience handling 3PL, import/export documentations

• Computer literacy in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

• Experience in Power BI and analytics will be an added advantage.
