We are looking for a hands-on Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our shop. Responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, managing fresh produce

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage opening/closing procedures and ensure store is clean, organised, and compliant with food hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock levels of dry goods and fresh produce. Perform regular stock-takes and manage wastage.
• Liaise with suppliers to place orders, negotiate prices and verify the quality of incoming deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Assist with cashier duties during peak hours.
• supervise and train retail assistants/cashiers. Manage duty rosters and staff performance
• Ensure all products are correctly priced and attractively displayed to drive sales
