  • Experience in F&B or banquet operations is an advantage. 
  • Good leadership and communication skills. 
  • Able to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours based on event schedules. 

岗位职责

 

  • Supervise F&B operations during events and functions. 
  • Ensure banquet setup and service run smoothly. 
  • Assign and monitor staff duties. 
  • Maintain food quality, service standards, and cleanliness. 
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. 
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and team. 
  • Train and supervise banquet staff.
  • Monitor daily sales and achieve sales targets.
