Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor/Supervisor to join our team. The role involves coordinating workshop operations, managing customer service, and supervising mechanics to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and service requests
• Provide accurate job estimates and explain repair details to customers
• Supervise mechanics and monitor workflow in the workshop
• Ensure high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
• Prepare service reports and assist in operational planning

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive service or supervisory role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Knowledge of vehicle servicing and parts is an advantage

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,500 (depending on experience)
• Attractive incentive scheme based on performance
