Payments & Channel Integration: Design and implement payment access layers integrating multiple channels (bank transfer/card/wallet/crypto rails), ensuring reliability, security, and compliance-friendly auditability.

Transaction Workflow Design: Own end-to-end workflows for KYC onboarding, deposit/withdrawal, settlement status tracking, and exception handling (timeouts, retries, reconciliation, chargeback-like disputes where applicable).

System Design: Architect scalable backend services for high-concurrency fintech platforms (transaction systems, operations management backends, campaign modules, and notification/push systems).

Microservices & Middleware: Drive service decomposition, API governance, and robust asynchronous processing using Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis, and distributed coordination (e.g., Zookeeper where relevant).

Stability & Production Excellence: Lead incident response and root-cause analysis; improve observability (logs/metrics/tracing), resilience patterns (idempotency, circuit breakers), and release safety.

Code Quality: Establish code review standards, engineering best practices, and pragmatic test strategies (unit/integration) to protect critical money movement paths.

Mentorship: Mentor and unblock backend engineers; participate in design reviews and help improve delivery quality and engineering habits.

Agile Execution: Partner with PM/Ops to clarify requirements, break down epics into deliverable tasks, and drive iterative releases.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with frontend, QA, DevOps/SRE, and operations teams to deliver stable features.

Documentation: Maintain clear interface documentation and technical notes to support onboarding and operational handovers.
