We are seeking a hands-on Software Developer to support the design, development, and deployment of digital solutions across web and mobile platforms. This role covers the full development lifecycle — from system architecture and database design through to implementation and release — with AI-assisted development at the core of how we work.

• Develop, test, and support web and mobile applications, translating business and technical requirements into working solutions.

• Participate in system design, including architecture planning, database schema and data model design, API design, and integration flows — weighing trade-offs across performance, scalability, security, and delivery timelines, and documenting designs with architecture diagrams and ERDs.

• Apply AI tools across the full development cycle (planning, coding, testing, validation, deployment), acting as the auditor and leader of AI-assisted work: direct AI with clear technical intent, critically review its output, and own the final quality.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project stakeholders to deliver on time, maintaining technical documentation and progress updates, and flagging issues early with practical solutions.

• Hands-on experience in web or mobile application development, with strong coding knowledge and modern frameworks and tools.

• Experience in database schema design and data modeling (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL; NoSQL a plus), plus a solid grasp of system architecture concepts such as client–server, MVC, monolith vs. microservices, and RESTful API design.

• Hands-on experience with the AI-assisted software development cycle is a must — vibe coding, rapid prototyping, and AI code assist as part of day-to-day delivery.

• Familiarity with LLM concepts, including how to use AI code assistants efficiently and when to choose larger vs. smaller models for a given task.

• Concrete technical knowledge remains essential: AI is a tool, not a replacement. You must be able to understand AI-generated code, spot errors and weaknesses, and direct it toward correct, high-quality results.

• Solid understanding of the software development workflow — testing, debugging, API integration, release, and deployment — with experience juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
