Technical Business Analyst (AI Workflow Implementation)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews to gather business requirements and map end-to-end operational workflows, approval processes and exception scenarios
• Turn unstructured requests, meeting notes and raw data into clear requirements documents, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Manage UAT cycles: prepare test cases, track defects, coordinate user feedback and obtain formal sign-off
• Maintain action logs, issue trackers and workflow ownership registers to ensure clear accountability
• Prepare structured handover documents for engineering team, including input samples, expected outputs and edge cases
• Follow up proactively with clients for missing documents, system access and UAT confirmation
• Use Excel, CSV, PDF, SharePoint and LLM tools for data sorting, document extraction and process arrangement; perform basic data validation
• Support post-launch rollout, user training and value validation for deployed AI workflows

Requirements

Must Have

• Excellent written English for workplace documentation and client correspondence
• Fluent Cantonese and English, conversational Mandarin is an advantage
• Solid experience drafting requirements, UAT checklists, issue logs or implementation briefs
• Hands-on UAT coordination and project follow-up experience
• Basic technical literacy to collaborate with developers and review raw business data
• Strong self-initiation, able to push tasks forward without constant supervision
• Pragmatic attitude, clear to distinguish resolved items and matters needing management escalation

Preferred 

• Background in IT BA, digital transformation, system implementation or enterprise software delivery
• Familiar with Microsoft ecosystem: Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Azure
• Experience in finance, procurement, corporate operations or supply chain workflows
• Basic SQL / spreadsheet automation skills
• Experience working on AI agent or automated workflow projects
