Full Time Engineer - Tester Support Group Jobs, in ASE Global - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Responsible for tester installation, re-configuration, upgrade, repair and debug.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement to improve test performance and OEE.
• Generate technical gap analysis of new hardware, software and license requirement.
• Provide technical training to production personnel.
• Coordinate and lead machine suppliers on project costing and time management.
• Support audit / visit and render assistance in solving outstanding/quality issues.

Requirement

• Degree / Diploma in any engineering field.
• Knowledge of equipment, testers, handlers would be advantageous.
• Prior experience in equipment troubleshoot, maintenance and repair.
• Semiconductor Programming & Application skills.
• Good planning & organizing ability and a team player.
• Familiar with Quality Management – Problem Solving, SPC, DOE, FMEA.
• Good communication & presentation skills.
