Junior Operations Executive (Corporate Functions & Event Experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time in Office.

Salary: $2700 to $3200 + Allowances + Performance Bonuses
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and execution-focused Operations Executive to support the delivery of both internal and external Corporate Events and Employee Engagement Initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
This is a ground-up role where you will be involved in both planning and on-the-ground execution. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution across different event formats from corporate roadshows to large-scale team events.
This is a highly operational role suited for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic, on-the-ground environments.
Key Responsibilities
External Corporate Events & On-Site Supervision
- Coordinate and execute events and roadshow campaigns for public engagement.
- Liaise with venue partners and vendors to ensure smooth setup and operations.
- Manage logistics, materials, and on-site coordination during events
Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Support planning and execution of internal events with Employee's Welfare Team
- Assist with event logistics, vendor sourcing, and coordination.
Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including the middle and senior management team.
- Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery.
Operational Support
- Keep highly accurate, organized systems for records and documentation
- Ensure all assigned tasks and duties are performed with high accuracy and within established timelines.
Requirements
- Only Singaporeans are eligible for this role.
- Diploma in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to support hands-on event setup and coordination
- Able to handle last-minute changes and work under pressure
- Clear and proactive communication skills
- Prior experience in events, operations, or logistics is an advantage.
- Excited about team events and open to travel opportunities 4 to 5 times per year.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva for basic collateral creation.
