Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls using the Company's provided customer database to introduce and promote our products and services
- Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and effectively present the features, benefits, and value of our products and services to generate interest and sales opportunities
- Build strong customer relationships by following up through calls or messages to secure appointments, close sales, and achieve individual sales targets
- Accurately maintain customer records, call activities, and sales outcomes in the Company's system
- Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, appointments secured, sales performance, and provide feedback or recommendations to enhance telemarketing effectiveness
- Work closely with the team and support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives as assigned.
- Perform any other marketing, telemarketing, or administrative duties as assigned by the Company
- Proven track record as a telemarketer or similar sales / customer service role
- Proficient in spoken English and one other language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and use of telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Warm, welcoming and approachable voice
- Excellent skills in negotiation and dealing with customers’ objections
- Patient and composed in the face of customers’ objections and feedback
- Highly independent, disciplined and takes initiative
- Possess at least a diploma
- Attractive commission scheme
