Job Description

• Handle front desk (reception) duties - tend to visitors at the office and incoming calls
• Maintain consistent communications internally and with external parties/clients via calls, emails and/or in-person
• Manage calendars, meetings and appointments
• Generate and prepare all correspondences, confidential documents and reports
• Document recording and distribution of matters to respective executives
• Provide professional admin support to the lawyers and conveyancing team in all areas of work
• Other administrative tasks as assigned from time to time but are not limited to, retrieving files for upcoming meetings, photocopying and assisting with file opening

Job Requirements

• Work hours: 10am - 7pm
• Ability to work independently
• Meticulous and have an eye for detail
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Applicants with no relevant or partial experience but with willing to take on challenges and learn, are welcomed to apply
