Job Description / Key Requirements:

Mandatory is: Recent working experience in Corporate Banking is a must as a System Analyst/Systems Programmer + Corporate Internet Banking

• Must have 7+ years working experience in IT Analysis.
• 3+years recent working experience in Corporate Banking is a must.
• Current working experience in Corporate Banking is a must as a Business/System Analyst 2+ years.
• Must have working experience in gathering requirement from business and maintain BRD, FSD –Must
• Working experience in Corporate Internet Banking.
• Working experience in FSD- Functional Specifications Documentation and elaborated user stories is a must (2+ years- recent).
• Must have Agile product development experience
• Current role must be as a Business / Business Consultant /Analyst for last 03+ years.
• Capturing, analyzing and eliciting business Requirements: Elaborating JIRA stories.
• Good to have : Working experience in My SQL and Oracle SQL
• Understanding of Technology but no need to have coding experience.
• Hands-on recent Agile working experience in banking products Corporate/Retail/Internet Banking) and processes, and retail banking for 3+ years is a Must
• Must have experience in writing user stories is a must.
• Must: Successful track record of managing Agile transformation program/projects (Preferably using SAFe) –3+ years Expert in using common agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and knowledge of DevOps processes and tools such as Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins etc- Good to have
• Extremely detail oriented.
• Domain - Corporate Banking

Nice to have is:

• Detailed Knowledge in how Payments work in Singapore vs Malaysia vs Hong Kong regulatory too)
• Knowledge of Technology trends eg. how does a digital bank approach digital channels
• API /SWIFT experience
