Statement Of Purpose (Overall Purpose of Job)

To support RR Department

Major Duties & Responsibilities

(A) Specific :

• Monthly Progress Claims to Clients/ Main Con (Preparation, Submission and Closing).
• Taking Off Drawings for Projects under Tender Stage and Ongoing.
• Propose Product based on Specs and Input Pricing for Project Tender.
• Consolidating Sub-Con Claims.

(B) General :

• Assist Project Director for Project Finalization.
• Assist for Project Costing and Budgeting (Awarded Project).
• Assist to claim back Retention Monies from Client/ Main Con.
• Prepare Shop Drawings/ As-built Drawings (If necessary).
• Prepare Quotation and follow up.
• Prepare BCA performance evaluation after project completed.
• Other duties as assigned.

(C) Safety:

• Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.

Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

• Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Diploma in Civil Engineering, Bachelor Engineering Civil or equivalent.
• Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

• Microsoft Office
• AutoCad
• Reliable and responsible.

(C) Experience :

• Min 2 years’ experience in construction quantity surveying.
