Senior E-Commerce Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Brand Manager to take full ownership of our brand across all online marketplaces and live commerce channels. You will drive sales, plan campaigns, and lead a small team of designers and admin support. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run the entire brand independently and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the brand's overall e-commerce performance, sales growth, and profitability
• Manage and optimise official stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
• Plan and execute promotions, marketing campaigns, and seasonal sales activities
• Set up, schedule, and manage TikTok Live sessions to drive live-commerce sales
• Source, brief, and manage livestream hosts/streamers to ensure engaging and on-brand content
• Coordinate with designers on product visuals, banners, and campaign creatives
• Supervise admin staff on order processing, listings, and daily store operations
• Monitor sales data, analyse performance, and adjust strategy to hit targets
• Manage inventory coordination, pricing, and platform promotions across all channels

Requirements

• Proven experience managing e-commerce brands on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok
• Strong track record in running promotions, campaigns, and live-commerce sessions
• Experience working with or managing livestream hosts/streamers
• Able to lead and coordinate a small team (designers and admin)
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable reading sales data and making decisions
• Independent, results-driven, and able to own the full brand end to end
• Good communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in a similar full-ownership or managerial e-commerce role preferr
