Job Summary

Develop and debug test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed Signal products on ATE systems. Collaborate with engineering teams to support first silicon debug, device characterization, production release, and yield improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed Signal products using ATE systems such as Advantest 93k (SmarTest 7, SmarTest 8) and Teradyne UFLEX
• Collaborate with design engineers to debug first silicon, characterize devices, and bring up test programs for production release
• Debug digital vectors including JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, Functional, and Mbist to ensure device performance across Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) variations
• Characterize Mixed Signal IP components such as ADC, DAC, and PLL to support product validation
• Manage test program handoff, production release processes, yield improvement initiatives, and test time reduction efforts
• Collaborate effectively with Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering teams to drive test engineering objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Test Engineering
• Hands-on experience with Teradyne Ultra Flex or Advantest 93K ATE systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of analog and digital electronics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through hands-on lab work
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently
