Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Food Manufacturing / Poultry Farm
• Position Title: Quality Control Executive
• Working Location: West Region
• Working Hours: 5-days (9am to 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Check and inspect raw materials, production process, and finished products.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are followed.
• Monitor cleanliness and proper food handling practices
• Prepare QC reports and maintain inspection records.
• Support HACCP, GMP, and food safety procedures.
• Investigate quality issues and assist with corrective actions.
• Assist during internal and external audits.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned.

• Diploma / Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
• Experience in food manufacturing or QC is preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
