Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll processing by ensuring employee information, attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll data are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor monthly attendance and overtime (OT) records, ensuring accuracy and timely submission for payroll processing.
• Process and verify employees' vehicle claims in accordance with company policies.
• Administer employee benefits, leave, attendance, and HRIS records.
• Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (where applicable).
• Coordinate employee orientation, training, and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
• Handle employee enquiries and provide HR administrative support.
• Assist in HR projects and perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of HR experience. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices is an advantage.
• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, meticulous, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,800.00 per month
