• Overseeing the day-to-day production operations
• Analysing production data and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Providing technical support and guidance to production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Participating in the design and implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in a production engineering role, preferably within the Mechanical Engineering industry
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control
• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of process improvement tools
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively

Pay: $2,300.00 - $4,000.00 per month
