Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Lead multiple teams across sites
• Hiring, coaching, performance management, career development.
• Build competency in key areas: RTL, DV, physical implementation interface, DFT, safety/security
• Define/drive architecture and micro-architecture decisions for blocks or SoCs.
• Oversee RTL design, integration, and signoff readiness (timing/CDC/reset/power intent).
• Drive design methodology (lint, CDC/RDC, formal, low-power/UPF, DFTreadiness).
• Review and approve technical deliverables: specs, RTL quality, constraints, signoff reports, ECO strategies.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in a relevant study
• More than 10-15+ years in digital IC/SoC development;
• Strong understanding of:
  
  • RTL design (SystemVerilog/VHDL), integration, IP reuse
  • Verification strategy and closure
  • STA/CDC/reset/low-power concepts
  • DFT fundamentals
  • Silicon bring-up and debug mindset
  • Leadership experience: multi-project planning, stakeholder management,vendor /IP management.
