Full-Time PositionAbout Us

We are a growing tuition centre group in Singapore dedicated to helping students improve their Math and Science results through effective teaching methods and exam techniques.

We are looking for a responsible, energetic and people-oriented Centre Manager to lead daily operations and create an outstanding experience for students and parents.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer Service

• Handle enquiries from WhatsApp, phone calls and walk-ins.
• Conduct course consultations with parents and students.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into enrolments.
• Build strong relationships with parents and provide excellent customer service.

2. Student Retention

• Monitor attendance and student progress.
• Follow up with parents on students' performance.
• Handle feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Work closely with tutors to ensure students receive proper support.

3. Centre Operations

• Ensure smooth daily running of the centre.
• Maintain cleanliness and a positive learning environment.
• Manage schedules, classroom arrangements and student records.
• Assist in fee collection and administrative duties.

4. Tutor Coordination

• Coordinate class schedules and tutor assignments.
• Support tutors with worksheets, materials and operational matters.
• Communicate student feedback between parents and tutors.

5. Marketing Support

• Assist with centre events, open houses and promotions.
• Encourage satisfied parents to share reviews and referrals.
• Support HQ campaigns and centre growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Experience in customer service, sales, education or retail operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Comfortable using computers, WhatsApp and Microsoft Office.
• Passionate about helping students succeed.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends according to centre operating hours.
• Minimum 1 year of Tuition Centre Experience

Working Hours

• 5-day work week
• Weekdays and weekends according to roster
• Off day on weekdays where applicable

Salary

$2,800 – $4000 per month + Performance Incentives
