Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, processing payments, and following up on outstanding balances
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy of financial records
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Conduct internal audits and provide recommendations for improving financial controls and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and other financial regulations
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial reporting and advice
• Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting principles, tax laws, and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• More experience can be considered Senior Accountant
• 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
• Proficient in using accounting software i.e. Flex System, spreadsheets, and other financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Working Location: 5 minutes walking distance from MTR station
